11th September 2018 | Leave a comment Smoothies to heal the bones 1 teaspoon chia seed 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds 1 stem fresh celery 1 teaspoon fresh ginger root 1 piece fresh mint leaves 1 medium cucumber 1 handful fresh parsley 1 large unpealed lemon 1 teaspoon organic honey Mix the above nine ingredients in a blender with 3-4 glasses of water. Drink immediately.
